All orders placed through our website are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
During high demand periods—such as holidays, sales events, or new product launches—processing times may be extended.
If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will notify you by email promptly. Our team works diligently to pick, pack, and ship your items as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Expedited Shipping (Estimated 2–3 business days): Faster delivery for customers requiring quicker turnaround.
Overnight/Next Day Shipping (1 business day): For urgent orders placed before 2:00 PM CST to qualify for same-day shipping.

We may also offer Free Standard Shipping promotions on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over $75), which will be automatically applied at checkout when available.

U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO/DPO addresses for military personnel via USPS

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are exploring options to expand our delivery network in the future.
