Return requests must be made within 30 days that the order has been placed.
- You must contact us before sending anything back or we will not authorize the return.
- Due to the nature of our custom products, any custom or special orders (such as Custom DTF’s) are not returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged material must be first reported to the carrier before being reported to us. Any damage claims will be handled first by the inspection report of the carrier.
- If you’ve received the wrong item and it was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. We may provide you a shipping label to return the defective product to us before sending you a replacement or refund.
- Please allow 3-7 business days after our receipt of your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.
